RESEARCH: What I learnt in the AS year

at the end of our AS year we were told what we were going to learn in A2 media and what we needed to expect. we were told to watch and pick a music video that you liked and go into detail about the conventions of the video and why certain things were done in order to make the video more popular. 'Its my party' by Jessie J was a very interesting video that had a lot of character to it with different colors and outfit styles. the video also featured Jessie J's shaved head that she cut for comic relief 2013. the video also has a few familiar faces such as Jordan Dunn who is a very popular young model that has recently been in the public eye a lot. we also watched other videos such as Emelie Sande song which was much less up beat so their were not as much color in the mix nor was their as much people.
