RESEARCH: evaluation of lip sync tutorial

Delilah video
we were set the task of making a music video to the song 'Never be another' by the British artist Delilah. we had a lesson to film the footage and edit it which was a simple task for our group as we did both during our lesson on the 29th of September. it was our first time working on a task together as a group and it was a very pleasant experience working with Karen and Akbar as we all put in an equal effort and work very well as a team.  the making of the Delilah video was interesting as we got to see what we did well and what we didn't do so well in. this was a great process as we got to grips with how to film/ edit our final music video and what we shouldn't do next time for example in the video one of our base tracks was slightly off time which means that we marked the video at the wrong time.

this was the one base track that was slightly off.
the positive things about this video was the fact that our editing was really good and was on the beat , the variety of different shots made it so that we didn't have to repeat anything, our use of location fitted the music video very well. however one thing we did not do was include any close up shots which is really bad as all music videos have t have close ups.
i think this was overall a good activity as it means  that we will hopefully learn from this and try not to make the same mistakes next time. when editing the video we though we had made a lot more mistakes than we actually did as we didn't seem to be very pleased with it at first but when we saw it in front of the class on the larger screen it wasn't as bad as we thought and we were very proud of it especially with it being our first go in editing and filming a music video as there are some differences in making a film like we did in our AS year.
